A Review:

Dear Deep Cove Big Band,

Whenever our guests take the time to recount a positive experience at our Mountain,
it speaks volumes about the value of the experience we are providing. From the
feedback we have received, the Deep Cove Big Band, through their compelling
performances, have made a significant contribution in this regard.

We have made focused efforts this season to provide our guests the best skiing,
riding, dining and entertainment experience possible. Having the Deep Cove Big Band
perform in our magnificent facility has superseded our expectations with the quality of
performance and the professionalism that the Band has displayed.

We noticed in particular that the style of music and instrumental excellence had an
inspirational component that really took hold with many of our younger patrons. The
younger generation isn’t often exposed to this type of musical experience and we feel
that the nature of the Band’s performances really assisted us in achieving our mandate
for family based, socially constructive public recreation experiences. Our guests, young
and old, will forever relate this positive experience with Cypress Mountain and we thank
you for enhancing our product in this manner.

With our 2011.12 season coming to an end we appreciate your talent and we truly look
forward to many more great performances from the Deep Cove Big Band in the future.

Warmest Regards,

Laura Foley
